It is with understanding that the joint venture company between Kilitch Drugs India Ltd and Estro Import and Export Pvt Ltd Co was established on August 9, 2017 by a joint venture of Indian Pharmaceutical Manufacturer, Kilitch Drugs India Ltd and Ethiopian Company called Estro Import & Export PLC to produce finished Cephalosporin pharmaceuticals formulations and antiseptics and disinfectants on large scale capacity with ownership structure of 67% and 33% respectively.
